Overview: This alumni retreat is an opportunity to renew, refresh, reflect and regenerate. Take time to
enhance, deepen and broaden your spiritual journey. The opening seven words of St. Lawrence
Seminary mission statement read: “Inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ…” How does this ‘inspiration’
influence, prod and shape our spiritual journey?

Content: The retreat will focus on three principle questions:

• What are the movements and patterns of the spiritual life?
• What challenges do I face on my spiritual journey?
• How does the Paschal Mystery provide the template for my spiritual journey?
