Pin down your priorities.

Wrestling is a winter sport occurring from November through February. The squad is composed of two teams, a varsity and a junior varsity. Students in any grade are eligible for either team.

Wrestlers on both the junior varsity and varsity teams work constantly to improve their individual skills so that they are ready to compete head-to-head with their opponents. Like all sports at St. Lawrence, while we value winning, we realize we are truly successful when, in a spirit of good sportsmanship, we combine daily work and determination to become the best we can be. Students on the wrestling team take part in weekly competitions with other schools. On Saturdays they attend multi-school invitationals. St. Lawrence hosts one junior varsity invitational each year at the end of January or early February, the Hilltopper JV Invite. During this event, our varsity wrestlers help run the tournament and our junior varsity wrestlers get to show their moves to the home crowd.
