MANY WAYS TO SUPPORT A ST. LAWRENCE SEMINARY STUDENT
Since opening its doors in 1860 no young man has ever been turned away from St. Lawrence Seminary because his parents could not afford the tuition. This great tradition flows from the tremendous generosity and prayers of generations of benefactors just like you.

Apoye a un Seminarista
Since 1860, Saint Lawrence Seminary has been educating young men to be priests, religious and lay leaders within the Catholic Church. For many of these young men, they were able to obtain their education and be receptive to God’s call to them because of the financial assistance of our benefactors. The Capuchin friars who operate Saint Lawrence have never turned away a young man because of financial considerations. Some of our graduates would not be priests today if that statement was not true.
PLANNED GIVING
Over 1600 of our students have gone on to become diocesan priests and religious priests and brothers. Thirteen have become bishops serving dioceses in the United States and missions in Central America. Others have been ordained Permanent Deacons.
In the pages that follow, information is provided on how you can help the Capuchin friars of Saint Lawrence Seminary provide an environment for young men to learn, to pray, and to hear God’s voice in their hearts and their minds. Please prayerfully consider the many ways that you can assist us so that this wonderful work of the Lord may continue for years to come.
