Student Spiritual Life Committee

The Student Spiritual Life Committee is comprised of one person elected from each class, the junior and senior sacristans, and a senior on the Chapel work crew.

The junior member of the committee schedules the Ministers of Hospitality and the senior member schedules the Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.

The Spiritual Life Committee meets every Wednesday with the Campus Minister to plan Monday Prayer Services. Monday Prayer Services are sometimes held by fraternity and sometimes community-wide. The committee often ministers at the Monday Prayer Services. The committee also plans prayer services for special school-wide events such as the Winter Carnival and Field Day, or for special seasonal events like Advent and Lenten Reconciliation Services.

When faculty or staff members are ill, or when there is a death in the family of a close relative of a student, the committee will lead classmates to make cards.
